Mena Alexandra (born on the 13th of February 1979) is a model and actress from the United States. After a brief period modeling fashions, she quickly transitioned to acting as a guest star on TV shows such as Boy Meets World in the 1990s as well as High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in 1997's dramatic film Nowhere. With American Beauty and American Pie, she gained wider recognition for her performances. She has appeared alongside co-stars in American Pie Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) in addition to playing the leading role on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2001). In 2002, she appeared in Spun the independent drama and 2004's thriller Trauma. Suvari has been a model on behalf of Lancome Paris Adaptive as well as she's appeared on a number of fashion blogs and magazines, including Vogue. Suvari is an activist and for a long time a supporter of the African Medical and Research Foundation. She also is active on issues of female empowerment and is associated with groups that promote awareness of breast cancer and women's rights and the End Violence Against Women Campaign.
